FLY OF THE WEEK

The Prince Nymph is a great go to nymph if you cannot see any surface activity. This is the Nymph version of the Attractor Dry Fly. Personally I always carry 2 with a bead head and 2 without, this fly definitely has to be my go to Nymph. The Prince can also be used to imitate a Stonefly, Backswimmer, or a Dark Mayfly Nymph, if fishing in a run or ripples. This fly has probably caught more Trout on more water for more fisherman than any other Nymph imitation. That is reason enough to throw a couple in yor fly box.

(James) I like to use the dropper fly system. I have a highly visible dry fly, and I fish the Nymph under the dry fly only about 6-12 inches depending on the depth of the water im fishing. That is what has worked best for me. Try the Bead Head Prince That I talked about on this post! Hope this helps.
